When talking about about symmetrie and not about size u people got a point,including Suyker. But it should not all be about symmetrie.....mass is the key. Thats whats bb is about in the first place,symmetrie second.

And thats why i think that Markus Ruhl should have won in the past. But he did not because he had not enough "symmetrie",a waste imo.

Bodybuilding is a totall package of size, symmetrie and conditioning you have to be at your best at the day of the contest, so Jay was it and branch was, dexter wasn't as hard as he usuall is that cost him his title.

And Ruhl could never have won in the past he is a very ugly bodybuilder with a lot of "flaws" and a lot of strong points that makes his "flaws" even worse.

God, no .. noone has said that it is ALL ABOUT symmetry... u cant say that Dex is mouse-size fattie and had nothing else but symmetry.. Anyway, IMO And then what it comes to FIRST place in BB ... It should not be either size OR symmetry ... its or SHOULD BE mix of all those .. awesome symmetry, good balance, excellent proportions, beautiful lines, big x-frame including tiny waist and broad shoulders, tiny joints, flawless structure, freaking ugly good conditioning, excellent muscledevelopment, good muscle quality, wiiiide and thick package.... Thats bodybuilding at best to me. And still, Dex fills those requirements best in my eyes...

..the thing that Jay this time won Mr O, it does not make anyone's opinion extremely right or extremely wrong. After all, everyone of us have an own idea of a perfect BB physique ,and ADULTS could also respect the opinion of others even if it's not same as yours.

Hmm then back to the topic ... I loved Kai. Even if he was not in that conditioning he was at the Arnold, I dig him.. although, wasnt his routine a bit short?

Just back from Vegas, totally exhausted

Pics are 2dimensional, everybody in attendance agreed, Jay was the clear winner with a smaller waist, sick conditioning and a back that was lighyears above the rest. He was full of confidence and stole the show with charisma, a thing also improtant for a mr. O

Dex was very good, but has been sharper, ánd just looked like he mostly did before last years win.

Kai looks great individually, but next to others he looks smaller then his weight says and his relaxed front pose looks bad with a too short torso and a strange way of presenting himself

Phil will be back, he was smooth on friday but was much much better saturday (scored 2nd in last round!)

Branch is not the esthetic guy, but fuck he was in shape en fuck he was big

Rockel improverd his back and now is one of the very best and certainly most complete

Vic was 85%

Yeh Rockel has really brought up his weaknesses (although that back still is weak), I really liked the way he was now!

Your right in all of this,i did not mean to suggest that anyone's opinion is extremely wrong and mine is right. its just my opinion when i say mass first.

In all the excitement it may look like i don't respect other people's opinion,but i really do respect other people's opinion very much.

Yes it must be you....Jay has the better legs in this show, and they aren't bigger then Jay's legs, so up to the next Olympia
IMO Kai was.....how can I say this nice??......he didn't look great
